The earlier comment about bio fuels being an issue is correct. We are seeing it now that the price of corn has gone up dramatically..why. Ethanol production and the fact that those producing will pay higher price for corn than feedstock owners will. Guess what. your food prices will eventually skyrocket.! cattle, pork, chickens etc.

Yes, ULSD fuels have a lower BTU value and thus when burned in a diesel engine will result in less power. Cetane enhanced products can offset this power loss. Cetane is a high energy compound that makes the fuel burn more completely in the combustion chamber, resulting in more power, reduced emissions, and improved fuel economy. Power Service diesel additives contain "+ Cetane Boost" to offset this power loss while also improving fuel economy and reducing emissions.

Bio Fuel Jb100 Jet Properties Through the acquisition of Superior Separation Technologies, Inc., Xethanol Corp. (OTCBB: XTHN) has acquired a patented technology that enhances feedstocks for the manufacture of ethanol fuel.

Fuel Cell Bio Xethanol, a bio-technology integration and ethanol production company, completed the acquisition of Superior Separation Technologies, Inc. (SSTI), a wholly owned subsidiary of UTEK Corporation, in a stock transaction.

Bio Conversion Fuel Xethanol, formerly Zen Pottery Equipment Corporation, went public February 2, 2005 through a reverse merger, ending up with 74% of the issued and outstanding stock upon closing, or 9,706,781 shares. The public float consists of 1,950,500 shares, currently trading at $4.50 a share. That puts Xethanol's market cap at $52.4 million before the acquisition of SSTI announced Thursday.

Green Energy Chris Taylor, Xethanol's chairman, moved the company through a series of transactions immediately following the merger with Zen Pottery that included a $3.8 million private placement in which two smaller investment banking firms were involved. National Securities Corporation and Neidiger, Tucker, Bruner Inc. served as co-placement agents and financial advisors in connection with the private offering. Xethanol sold 1,190,116 shares at $3.25 a share when the merger with Zen Pottery was being concluded.

Bio Ethanol Fuel An unrelated third party was issued options on 700,000 shares if a merger with Zen and another company could be closed. Those shares are not able to be purchased until 100 or 200 days following a merger with Zen. The option was granted by the prior controlling shareholders in November, 2004. The 8-K filed on March 15 does not name that party. Taylor, whose offices are now in New York, was not available for comment.

Bio Clean Fuel Two days after filing its March 15 8-K, Xethanol announced the purchase of its BioFuels ethanol facility in Blairstown, Iowa. The Company completed financing of the plant for $5 million, which allows for its upgrade and expansion to 7 million gallons annually. Taylor commented on the BioFuels plant's purchase at that time, saying Xethanol believed the value of the plant to be over $10 million based on its cost to establish that facility.

Earth Bio Fuel Today, Taylor's company completed the acquisition of a U.S. Department of Energy technology through its acquisition of SSTI. That technology basically allows Xethanol to make ethanol fuel in a more productive manner, reaping the benefits, they're plant is smack in the middle of corn country USA.

Bio Bio Fuel Less More Waste AXcess News contacted Neidiger, Tucker, Bruner's (NTB) compliance officer in Denver, Doug Denehay (spelling may be off), who suggested we speak to the principal of the firm about the financing, who was not available at that time. But NTB is no slouch when it comes to deals, having survived Denver's fallout of penny stock firms, the company does not get involved in so-so transactions.Shares of Xethanol closed Thursday, up 25 cents, or nearly 6 percent, to end the day at $4.50 share on slight volume of only 3,500 shares.
