KL M Proposes to Power Planing With Algae and Algae Fuels

Posted at 5/29/2008 2:33:00 AM

This was sent to me by my friend. Imagine how happy I was when I read it, it convey an ideal image of algae fuels.

Take a look on this one post on recently.

For the last couple of days the Drudge Report has had a red link at the top of the page to this news story: 'Squawk Box' Guest Warns of $12-15-a-Gallon Gas In a television interview (which you can watch at that article) energy expert Robert Hirsch stated that a $12 gallon of gas is "inevitable." I think he's wrong. It's true that oil production has remained flat, but Hirsch is only counting oil that we can pump out of the ground. Biofuels are not part of his thinking. I think $5 and $6 .. click here.

Airbus Betting Pond Scum Will Replace Petroleum and Algae Bio Fuels

Posted at 5/28/2008 12:32:00 AM

Every time I read algae bio fuels I end up with fantastic results. I think everyone gains from a place like these. I see it as a great opportunity.

I wan to start a fresh head. But I can't write this down. It is like some kind of addiction. I'm hooked on little one.

MIT Technology Review - Algae Oil Ready to BOOM!!!!!! The next big thing? Will Pond Sucm be the next tech bubble? Read and watch the CNN review of Algae Oil research. Click here for the yahoo quote on VCTPF Learn more, so SEARCH IT HERE! The claim is it that if 1/10 of New Mexico was set up as algae farms it would produce enough fuel to run the entire US transportation system… To learn more on the subject and review 15 additional potential start-ups review the article on ..read more.

I force myself to pass some of my favorite posts, oh, for me it is really difficult, they are my treasure. Should I share my "treasure"? Maybe a little bit: Read the rest of this entry »

Funding announced for biofuels technology, Fueling the Future

Posted at 5/26/2008 11:58:00 AM

A cousin sent this algae fuels. We were all surprised that they found a cure.

The classic situation is how we percept those things we are looking for. I like simple knowledgeable short articles. They are really satisfied my curiosity.

Mostly seen as the muck that grows in fish tanks and ponds, this muck may be what is going to bring relief to growing food prices. While Dubya and America blames the rise of food prices on India and China, because the US needs to divert corn to make bio-fuels, research is being carried out to ease the pain. Pain that is more severe due to India and China controlling exports so that the prices of food grains back home will remain low. Oil yields from algae have been found to be more than .. click here.

Whatever their reactions, the aim of revitalizing algae fuels don't confuse focus with simplicity. It looks simple on the surface, yet underneath. Read the rest of this entry »

Algae Fuels, The new alternative to oil!

Posted at 5/25/2008 7:14:00 PM

I found a world where all was pure - the article gave rise to the streams of ideas on algae fuels that has been talked day after day. It was not long before I realized what wonderful words.

The synthesis of the idea of algae fuels dominated early news:

Imagine running your car on pond scum. That may very well be the future. Algae grow fast, and algae oil can be extracted ready to be refined into fuels like bio diesel. One acre per year can produce 100,000 gallons of algae oil. Compared that to 20-30 gallons per acre with corn. And… the algae oil can be produced on dessert land! If 1/10th of the state of New Mexico was converted into algae production alone, it can cover all the transportation needs in the United State. Check out this .. Read the rest of this entry.

I shall introduce you to some wonderful article which was post recently about algae fuels. They are truly inspirational, standing for the indomitable spirit. Read the rest of this entry »

Airbus Invests in Alternative Energy, Future Martian Colonies Powered By Algae?

Posted at 5/24/2008 3:09:00 PM

I come now to the most interesting of these questions of algae alternative fuel which I have constantly been asked for years. When I read this article, I realize I won't ever be disappointed.

When we discover, as most of us do, how little our precious possessions will fetch in the marketplace we are inclined to be disillusioned, event to feel that we are being updated.

Following the efforts of Boeing and Virgin Atlantic on incorporating the use of alternative energy into their systems, Airbus is apparently investing on vegetable oil and algae-based biofuels. Several other companies are working with Airbus in this project including JetBlue Airways, Honeywell, UOP, and International Aero Engines. The aim of the project? It's to produce 30 percent of all their fuel needs when the year 2030 rolls in. Considering it's still 22 years before that date, .. Read the rest of this entry.

Aside from this, all things I known have been centered together and given a new picture. I believe that is fabulous, you should read it: Read the rest of this entry »

Yes, ULSD fuels have a lower BTU value and thus when burned in a diesel engine will result in less power. Cetane enhanced products can offset this power loss. Cetane is a high energy compound that makes the fuel burn more completely in the combustion chamber, resulting in more power, reduced emissions, and improved fuel economy. Power Service diesel additives contain "+ Cetane Boost" to offset this power loss while also improving fuel economy and reducing emissions.
