Earth Bio Fuel Sales are up about 30 percent, but customers aren't as concerned about their home's decor, said Robert Young, a partner at the Firebox. They want the warmth, but not from natural gas. They're seeking wood- and coal-fueled stoves and fireplace inserts to take some of the sting out of their natural-gas or heating-oil bills.
Yes, ULSD fuels have a lower BTU value and thus when burned in a diesel engine will result in less power. Cetane enhanced products can offset this power loss. Cetane is a high energy compound that makes the fuel burn more completely in the combustion chamber, resulting in more power, reduced emissions, and improved fuel economy. Power Service diesel additives contain "+ Cetane Boost" to offset this power loss while also improving fuel economy and reducing emissions.
Bio Flight Fuel Green Jb100 "The focus has gone more from aesthetics to a focus on cost savings," Young said. "People are worried about the unpredictability of heating prices. They want to be a little more independent and not so dependent on oil and gas."

Make Bio Fuel Spreading the cost
The national residential heating oil price fell a slight 0.4 cent a gallon over the last week to $1.382 a gallon, but is still 10.5 cents higher than a year ago, according to the Energy Department. The department's Energy Information Administration, which conducts the weekly survey of heating oil costs, said it expects heating oil to average $1.33 a gallon this winter. Even with this week's price decline, heating fuel costs so far this season have been way above the EIA's estimate, and the coldest winter months have yet to arrive.
Bio Fuel Jb100 Jet Properties Record numbers of natural gas, oil and propane users are enrolling in payment plans and others are purchasing new equipment to increase efficiency and reduce usage.
Fuel Cell Bio "Customers are about as leery as leery can be," said David Gabrielski, district manager for Heritage Propane in Millville. "They're scared after last year's normal winter."
Bio Conversion Fuel More than 35 percent of Heritage's 3,500 customers have signed up for budget plans this year. The programs allow customers to pre-buy their gas at lower rates, cap their price or spread their payments over 12 months.
Green Energy "It's really unheard of in the industry itself," Gabrielski said. "People don't want to pay $500 in January. They would rather pay $150 monthly and have their gas."
Bio Ethanol Fuel Enrollment in South Jersey Gas Co.'s equal payment plan has increased more than 10.5 percent since last year, said Bonnie Bornstein, the company's assistant vice president of customer service. She said the company has added 7,785 customers to the plan, boosting enrollment to more than 82,000 at the end of August.
Bio Clean Fuel "It makes budgeting a lot easier and it certainly takes away the anxiety of opening a utility bill, especially during a cold winter month," Bornstein said.
Earth Bio Fuel Fuel prices compared
Bio Flight Fuel Green Jb100 Prices for heating fuels already are tracking higher this year than they were a year ago. Heritage is selling propane for home heating for $1.38 a gallon, up from about $1.19 at this time last year. By the end of last winter, however, the U.S. average price of propane had hit $1.72 a gallon.
Bio Bio Fuel Less More Waste Heating oil was selling for $1.319 per gallon at Woodruff Energy in Bridgeton on Thursday, up from about $1.19 last September, said Bob Woodruff, the company's president.
Make Bio Fuel Wholesale natural gas prices have fallen from their highs above $6 per standard heating unit in the early summer, but remain above normal at about $4.50 per unit, said Jeff DuBois, South Jersey Gas vice president of gas supply. The utility's rates for the coming winter already have been set by the state Board of Public Utilities and the average customer's bill will rise 11.9 percent, or $14.66 per month this year.
Bio Fuel Jb100 Jet Properties Even though current fuel prices are higher than normal, energy retailers said they don't anticipate a lot of price volatility this winter because there are no major supply problems. However, they caution that market conditions could change quickly if the fall is colder than normal and fuel stocks are depleted early in the heating season.
Fuel Cell Bio "Weather is the big factor for transportation and supply," Gabrielski said. "There will be an ample supply of all of the energy sources, but weather will affect how it gets to where it needs to go."
Bio Conversion Fuel Gabrielski also warned that the region could be in for a harsh winter. He said the Farmer's Almanac is predicting a frigid season with more snowfall than last year.
Green Energy The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, however, said its latest winter outlook is for near-normal temperatures and precipitation.
